πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a reliable HR partner to field leadership regarding employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace issues.

β€’ Oversee and manage employee relations concerns, including investigations, conflict resolution, misconduct issues, and corrective action procedures.

β€’ Carry out prompt, thorough, and unbiased workplace investigations and offer recommendations based on the findings.

β€’ Evaluate and authorize disciplinary documentation and corrective measures to guarantee consistency, fairness, and compliance with legal standards.

β€’ Mentor managers on performance management, documentation, accountability, and best practices in leadership.

β€’ Understand and apply federal, state, and local employment laws while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

β€’ Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for employees.

β€’ Serve as the main HR contact for designated territories, addressing employee and manager inquiries promptly and professionally.

β€’ Keep accurate employee records and maintain HRIS data within Paycom.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources is required, with substantial experience in employee relations.

β€’ Proven experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee issues.

β€’ Strong understanding of performance management, progressive discipline, and employment law.

β€’ Experience with multi-state operations is preferred.

β€’ Ability to establish credibility and influence leaders at various organizational levels.

β€’ Excellent judgment, professionalism, and capacity to manage confidential information with discretion.

β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.

β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and oversee multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Capacity to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.

β€’ Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS/payroll systems, with Paycom as a preferred option.

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

β€’ PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
