HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive employee life-cycle process for our expanding, globally distributed team.

• Ensure adherence to German, French, and Dutch employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and guaranteeing compliance.

• Engage in probationary period assessments, annual review discussions, and disciplinary meetings.

• Assist in the establishment of HR software from the ground up.

• Foster connections between management and the team by addressing requests, concerns, and other matters with tact and consideration.

• Enhance our middle management through leadership guidance.

• Perform administrative duties such as monitoring sickness quotas and tracking annual leave absences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• Practical experience in HR practices and employee management.

• A solid understanding of German or French labor law and associated legal requirements.

• Proficiency in English and at least two relevant languages (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, among others).

• Exceptional listening skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Reliability, discretion, and confidentiality are essential.
