This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Assist with recruitment efforts by managing applications and coordinating interview schedules.
• Revise and uphold company policies, employee handbooks, and benefits documentation.
• Aid in the onboarding process by drafting offer letters and contracts for review.
• Ensure employee records (including leave records) are accurate and current in the company's systems.
• Facilitate the administration of the employee lifecycle, encompassing employment changes, offboarding, and other operational procedures.
• Coordinate internal company events.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international remote-first organization.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment law and practices in Ireland.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a highly organized way.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or CIPD qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experienced in utilizing HRIS systems, along with advanced MS Office skills.
