This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Oversee, implement, evaluate, and document Human Resources processes for staff.
β’ Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws, internal policies, operational protocols, and auditing standards.
β’ Supervise personnel across multiple locations.
β’ Resolve and document labor disputes.
β’ Manage and record processes for terminations and resignations.
β’ Draft and manage employment contracts in compliance with labor regulations.
β’ Monitor and update key Human Resources metrics.
β’ Collaborate with internal operational departments.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
β’ Familiarity with Federal Labor Law.
β’ Experience in personnel administration and pre-payroll processes.
β’ Knowledge of Social Security and housing fund procedures.
β’ Skills in document control and preparation for labor audits.
β’ Basic understanding of HR KPI reporting.
