HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Develop job postings and oversee the background verification process.

• Assist with the onboarding process and contribute to training and development programs.

• Offer support to Team Members regarding HR-related inquiries, including compensation, leave, and benefits.

• Advocate for HR initiatives that encourage an engaged, collaborative, and harmonious workplace environment.

• Aid in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.

• Facilitate performance management tasks, including the semi-annual review process.

• Maintain precise records of Team Members and HR documentation.

• Improve employee satisfaction by resolving issues, providing benefits support, and organizing team-building activities.

• Establish strong collaborative relationships with Care Center Managers and Regional Managers.

• Assist in Team Member relations and conflict resolution processes.

• Help with benefits administration, enrollment modifications, and claims inquiries.

• Manage and process documentation related to leave-of-absence and disability.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and labor regulations.

• Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience is preferred.

• CHRP, CHRL, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is viewed as an asset.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong abilities in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

• Excellent organization and time management capabilities.

• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management software.
