This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop job postings and oversee the background verification process.

β€’ Assist with the onboarding process and contribute to training and development programs.

β€’ Offer support to Team Members regarding HR-related inquiries, including compensation, leave, and benefits.

β€’ Advocate for HR initiatives that encourage an engaged, collaborative, and harmonious workplace environment.

β€’ Aid in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.

β€’ Facilitate performance management tasks, including the semi-annual review process.

β€’ Maintain precise records of Team Members and HR documentation.

β€’ Improve employee satisfaction by resolving issues, providing benefits support, and organizing team-building activities.

β€’ Establish strong collaborative relationships with Care Center Managers and Regional Managers.

β€’ Assist in Team Member relations and conflict resolution processes.

β€’ Help with benefits administration, enrollment modifications, and claims inquiries.

β€’ Manage and process documentation related to leave-of-absence and disability.

β€’ Ensure adherence to employment laws and labor regulations.

β€’ Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as required.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

β€’ At least 5 years of progressive HR experience is preferred.

β€’ CHRP, CHRL, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is viewed as an asset.

β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Strong abilities in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

β€’ Excellent organization and time management capabilities.

β€’ High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management software.
