This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to employees and managers throughout the onboarding process, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and offboarding.

• Oversee the global payroll operations via Rippling, which includes managing HR data, implementing changes, securing approvals, performing reconciliations, generating reports, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.

• Administer and uphold the company HRIS, focusing on employee data, organizational structures, security/access protocols, configurations, and system integrity.

• Design, enhance, and streamline HRIS workflows and automated processes.

• Create HR materials, employee communications, resources for managers, timelines, and documentation of processes.

• Assist with benefits administration, address employee inquiries, manage qualifying life events, and coordinate with vendors.

• Establish and uphold processes for open enrollment, performance reviews, and year-end reporting.

• Generate HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce planning, compliance, payroll, and strategic business decisions.

• Provide monthly reporting for Workers’ Compensation and assist with Workers’ Compensation audits.

• Aid in the annual Form 5500 audits by collecting data and responding to auditor inquiries.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and compliant employee records and documentation.

• Monitor employment, payroll, benefits, and Workers’ Compensation regulations across various company jurisdictions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Comprehensive working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and fundamental HR practices.

• Demonstrated experience in managing payroll processes and ensuring payroll compliance.

• Strong grasp of payroll inputs and processing timelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive employee, payroll, and HR information.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to communicate professionally and clearly with both employees and managers.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Competence in handling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.

• Proven track record in developing training and development initiatives that boost employee skills and engagement.

• Familiarity with Rippling HRIS and payroll systems.
