HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.

• Manage employee lifecycle functions such as performance evaluations, promotions, internal transfers, and offboarding procedures.

• Implement HR policies, benefits administration, and compliance programs in accordance with local labor regulations and company policies.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR issues, employee relations, and conflict resolution strategies.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise HR documentation, reports, and analytics to support management decision-making.

• Assist in developing and executing HR programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process enhancements.

• Support learning and development efforts, performance evaluations, and succession planning activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication abilities.

• A minimum of 3 years of HR experience in US-owned, shared service BPO companies, with an emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

• Familiarity with standard HR protocols, employment laws, and compliance mandates.

• Strong organizational capabilities with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

• Outstanding project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Computer Processor: At least a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or its equivalent.

• Computer Memory/RAM: A minimum of 4.00 GB.

• Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, or other operating systems are not acceptable.

• Internet speed: A plan of 5.0 MBPS or higher for both primary and backup connections.

• A noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port is required.

• A webcam with a minimum of 3 megapixels capable of 720p video recording is mandatory.
