This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver expert HR consulting and hands-on support in your areas of specialization.
β’ Create and implement training programs for managers, leaders, and teams.
β’ Facilitate programs focused on leadership, communication, team-building, and organizational development.
β’ Develop customized training solutions tailored to the specific needs of clientsβ organizations.
β’ Create and update Employee Handbooks and HR Handbooks.
β’ Formulate and document HR policies, guidelines, and internal procedures.
β’ Assist clients in enhancing their HR foundations as they expand.
β’ Provide HR consulting based on your specific expertise and professional background.
β’ Support initiatives in Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, HR Policy, and People Management.
β’ Offer guidance to founders, executives, and managers on HR and organizational issues.
β’ Undertake additional HR-related projects as dictated by client needs and your area of expertise.
β’ Professional HR experience within the U.S. or with U.S.-based organizations, specifically in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related fields.
β’ Strong expertise and hands-on experience in one or more HR disciplines.
β’ Ability to independently identify organizational or HR challenges and devise practical solutions (preferred).
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities (preferred).
β’ Capability to collaborate effectively with founders, executives, managers, and other stakeholders (preferred).
β’ Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously in a flexible, project-oriented environment (preferred).
β’ Experience in roles such as HR Consultant, HRBP, HR Manager, or similar positions (preferred).
β’ Background in organizational development and/or corporate training (preferred).
β’ Experience in creating Employee Handbooks or HR policies (preferred).
β’ Experience in RPO, recruiting, or talent acquisition (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with startups or high-growth companies (preferred).
β’ Experience providing HR consulting services to multiple organizations or clients (preferred).
β’ Proficient in business-level English/Japanese communication skills (preferred).
β’ Eligibility to work in the United States if hired.
β’ Contract/Part-time employment arrangement.
