HR Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Act as a consultant on all issues related to employee relations and engagement.

• Ensure HR and personnel records are accurate and up-to-date, while managing the HRIS.

• Play a key role in enhancing human resources processes by assessing departmental needs and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Assist in the creation and refinement of InEvent policies and other administrative duties.

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to revamp and oversee social media pages, incorporating visuals that reflect the company image.

• Create and implement candidate-facing communications on social media and job recruitment platforms through online recruiting campaigns.

• Formulate and execute branding strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness.

• Offer strategic assistance to Talent Acquisition regarding culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction.

• Support people management processes, including onboarding, performance evaluations, benefits, employee welfare, vacations, and terminations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, emphasizing employee relations and branding.

• Proficient in HRIS.

• Capable of managing sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative employer branding initiatives.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Responsible, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.

• Detail-oriented and possesses excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Resilient and eager to learn continuously in a startup environment.

• Outstanding communicator, both in writing and verbally.

• Must be fluent in English.

• Required to have a personal laptop (Mac or Windows).

• Must possess a mobile device (iOS or Android).
