HR Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Act as an advisor on all aspects related to employee relations and engagement.

• Keep HR/personnel records accurate and current while overseeing the HRIS.

• Assess departmental requirements and aid in the ongoing enhancement of human resources processes.

• Ensure consistency with strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Contribute to the creation and refinement of InEvent policies and other administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to revamp and oversee social media profiles with visuals representative of the company.

• Create and implement candidate-facing communications across social media and job recruitment platforms.

• Launch social media and online recruitment campaigns.

• Design and execute employer branding strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Offer strategic assistance to Talent Acquisition regarding culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction.

• Support onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and other people management activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in HR roles, emphasizing employee relations and branding.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems.

• Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Innovative thinking and ability to devise creative employer brand initiatives.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media channels.

• Exhibits responsibility, urgency, and proactivity.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Adaptable and eager to learn continuously in a startup environment.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Must possess a personal notebook (Mac or Windows).

• Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android).
