HR Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on matters related to employee relations and engagement.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise HR and personnel records while managing the HRIS.

• Assess departmental requirements and enhance human resources processes.

• Guarantee alignment with HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Author and revise company policies while performing administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to redesign and oversee social media platforms.

• Create candidate-facing communications and implement social media and online recruiting campaigns.

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies.

• Assist Talent Acquisition with aspects related to culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction.

• Support onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, and terminations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, specifically focusing on employee relations and branding.

• Proficient in HRIS.

• Capable of managing sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative initiatives for employer branding.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and various social media platforms.

• Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and proactivity.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Resilience and eagerness to learn continuously in a startup environment.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in English.

• Must possess a personal laptop (Mac or Windows).
