This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement training programs tailored for managers, leaders, and teams.
• Lead programs focused on leadership, communication, team-building, and other aspects of organizational development.
• Design customized training solutions that meet the unique needs of clients' organizations.
• Develop and update Employee Handbooks and HR Handbooks.
• Formulate and document HR policies, guidelines, and internal processes.
• Assist clients in establishing and enhancing their HR frameworks as they expand.
• Offer HR consulting services grounded in specific expertise and professional experience.
• Contribute to projects in Organization Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, HR Policy, and People Management.
• Provide guidance to founders, executives, and managers on HR and organizational issues.
• Undertake additional HR-related projects as dictated by client needs and areas of expertise.
• Proven HR experience in the U.S. or with U.S.-based organizations, specifically in Human Resources, Organization Development, or similar fields.
• In-depth expertise and practical experience in one or more HR disciplines.
• Proficient business-level communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Capacity to autonomously recognize organizational or HR challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Skill in collaborating effectively with founders, executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently within a flexible, project-oriented environment.
• Experience in roles such as HR Consultant, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or equivalent position.
• Background in organizational development and/or corporate training.
• Experience in crafting Employee Handbooks or HR policies.
• Familiarity with RPO, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in working with startups or fast-growing companies.
• Proven track record of providing HR consulting services to various companies or clients.
