This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage daily HR operations for Mexico, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and maintenance of employee records.
• Ensure adherence to Mexican employment legislation, labor regulations (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, Prima Vacacional, Aguinaldo, and all relevant statutory requirements.
• Assist in HR administration, payroll coordination, and mandatory contributions by collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Create and sustain accurate HR documentation, reports, and records within our designated file management systems.
• Address employee questions related to HR policies, contracts, and benefits in a prompt and professional manner.
• Act as the main point of contact between Channel Factory and our Employer of Record (EOR) provider, overseeing all EOR-related processes, documentation, and communications.
• Guarantee precise and timely management of employee data within our HRIS platform.
• Collaborate with EOR on compliance updates, statutory changes, and employee lifecycle events.
• Spearhead the complete recruitment process for roles based in Mexico, working closely with hiring managers to identify requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and finalize offers.
• Develop and sustain a robust local talent pipeline aligned with Channel Factory's strategic growth objectives.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
• Work in conjunction with global HR leadership to ensure that all regional practices are in alignment with Channel Factory's global people strategy and established HR best practices.
• Collaborate with global recruitment teams to identify, implement, and harmonize recruitment best practices across Channel Factory, supporting the organization's strategic growth initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of global HR programs, policies, and initiatives within the Mexico team.
• Identify and highlight opportunities for enhancing HR workflows, processes, and the overall employee experience locally.
• Plan and oversee HR projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement are maintained as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a multinational or global setting.
• Proven experience managing the complete recruitment process in Mexico.
• Practical experience working with an Employer of Record (EOR).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Mexican employment law, LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and compliance obligations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (both are required).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience in developing or refining HR workflows.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, or similar).
• This position may require occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, and training sessions.
