This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Join the HR team (currently 5 members) where you will independently manage searches and clients, coordinating on priorities, timelines, and standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: intake, job profile, channels, headhunting, interviews, shortlist, and feedback loop.
• Provide consultative support to clients regarding priorities, trade-offs, package options, and selection processes.
• Assist in structuring essential HR processes (onboarding, policies, administration, performance basics) as needed.
• Continuously improve templates, pipelines, and quality standards.
• 3–4 years of experience in HR / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, preferably with a corporate background (internal HR, People, HR Generalist).
• Proven experience in selecting Sales profiles, Business roles, and Field Sales Agents: this is a top priority.
• Excellent headhunting skills and end-to-end management of the selection process.
• Startup/scale-up mentality: autonomy, speed, and decision-making capability.
• Precision and ownership: take a search from start to finish maintaining high standards.
• Basic operational knowledge of CCNL, contracts, classifications, and HR administration.
• Availability and consistent operational presence during key phases of the search process.
• Collaboration under a P.IVA framework with a clear scope, timeline, and defined fees for each search.
