HR Executive Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and revise job descriptions as needed.

• Post job vacancies on the company’s careers page, social media platforms, and job boards while sourcing potential candidates through online channels.

• Compose recruiting emails to engage passive candidates and evaluate incoming resumes and application forms.

• Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates.

• Update the employee database on our portal.

• Collect information regarding attendance and leave data as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Accounts team on payroll processing details.

• Work with managers to identify future hiring requirements.

• Utilize theoretical knowledge to introduce innovative ideas to daily operations.

• Attend weekly review meetings with various teams.

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Strong conceptual understanding of HR principles.

• Willingness to collaborate with a team of professionals and adhere to established systems and processes.

• Eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
