This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Develop a thorough and sustainable strategy for employee engagement.
β’ Collaborate with senior leaders and deans to create strategies that demonstrate connections between engagement and their strategic objectives.
β’ Partner with vendors, the Office of Human Resources, and Human Resource representatives from colleges and administrative units to design, implement, and assess effective engagement surveys.
β’ Facilitate employee focus groups to enhance the insights gained from engagement surveys.
β’ Establish a train-the-trainer program that empowers units to analyze their own data and formulate action plans.
β’ Create and/or revise tools, training materials, and resources to assist partners and leaders in effectively developing action plans based on survey feedback.
β’ Develop a strategic communication plan and supply content for various communication platforms.
β’ Utilize events to foster and maintain ongoing conversations about engagement.
β’ Identify and tackle issues related to employee engagement while proposing solutions.
β’ Assist University leaders in establishing connections between engagement and outcomes like turnover, healthcare costs, grievances, and student success.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recognize distinct needs of divisions/locations while maintaining alignment with the overarching goals and requirements of the employee engagement strategy.
β’ Oversee a professional training and development team.
β’ Master's Degree.
β’ At least 2 years of direct experience in human resources or a closely related field.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in staff management.
β’ Strong background in collaborating with leaders and colleagues to achieve results.
β’ Experience engaging with all levels of management and staff across different organizational areas.
β’ Proven track record of implementing diverse and impactful HR initiatives that support organizational objectives.
β’ Proficient in working with detailed information and numerical data, presenting it in a comprehensible manner for various organizational levels.
β’ Experience in event management.
β’ Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, and more.
β’ Experience in change management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
