β€’ Act as the principal HR leader in the Philippines, overseeing both strategic HR initiatives and daily HR operations.

β€’ Collaborate closely with senior leadership both locally and globally to ensure that HR strategies, talent priorities, and organizational requirements align with business goals.

β€’ Serve as a strategic connector between US-based/global leadership and the workforce in the Philippines.

β€’ Offer strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organizational efficiency, talent development, and managing change.

β€’ Direct essential HR operations including employee relations, compliance, HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.

β€’ Enhance performance management practices to foster accountability, development, feedback, and alignment with business expectations.

β€’ Guarantee compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory obligations, and other relevant employment regulations.

β€’ Address complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, resolve conflicts, and manage workplace matters.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is essential; an advanced degree is preferred.

β€’ A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8-10 years in a leadership capacity.

β€’ Over 5 years of experience leading country-level HR within a Global Business Services (GBS) context, with a preference for experience in managing or assisting HR operations on a regional or global level.

β€’ Proven track record as the primary HR leader for a country, business unit, or region; standalone in-country leadership experience is highly preferred.

β€’ Experience in start-up, build-up, or rapidly changing HR environments as part of a core leadership team is strongly preferred.

β€’ Extensive knowledge of Philippine labor law, employee relations, compliance, and case management.

β€’ Background in supporting global or multinational organizations, including collaboration with US-based or international stakeholders.

β€’ Strong expertise in HR business partnering, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.

β€’ Familiarity with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and related requirements concerning employee data handling.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with both local and global stakeholders.

β€’ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

β€’ A high level of professionalism, discretion, resilience, and sound judgment.

β€’ Availability to start immediately is preferred, though not mandatory.
