This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design, configure, and manage Workday Recruiting within a global framework, ensuring strong alignment with Core HCM foundations and their upstream and downstream effects.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition COE partners to assess requirements, uncover opportunities, and implement Workday Recruiting solutions that enhance recruiter efficiency, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
• Lead and support ongoing improvements across the comprehensive Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of global HR and Talent Acquisition data, along with its implications for integrations, downstream processes, and reporting.
• Conduct Workday release evaluations, identify new features pertinent to Recruiting and Core HCM, coordinate testing, and drive changes that optimize Talent Acquisition processes.
• Own or assist with small-to-medium initiatives/projects across various regions, collaborating across functions and time zones to achieve results.
• May be required to assist with special projects, such as reorganizations, acquisitions, or other intricate HCM or organizational initiatives.
• Support testing strategies and execution (including test plans, test cases, and UAT coordination), ensuring quality and a stable user experience.
• Create and update user documentation as necessary.
• Strong Workday HCM experience, encompassing configuration, test case development, and test execution.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuring and enhancing Workday Recruiting, effectively translating recruitment needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using Workday reporting/analytics to guide decisions, track adoption, and drive enhancements.
• Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams in multicultural settings; capable of effective collaboration across regions and stakeholders.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and customer-focused design skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with care and maintain data privacy.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and undertake new and unfamiliar assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Workday Security experience is preferred.
• Experience with AI is advantageous.
• Active participation in the Workday community; curious and proactive about new capabilities and improved working methods.
