This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in defining the HR Analytics roadmap and the necessary toolsets, including the strategic implementation of systems.
• Develop automated and scalable reporting and analytical frameworks to enhance data accessibility and support informed decision-making.
• Ensure the quality, governance, and integrity of all HR data sources.
• Contribute to advanced analytical initiatives, such as predictive modeling, workforce planning, and talent insights.
• Aid in Business Process optimization efforts to establish clear HR data governance.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and leadership teams to identify analytics requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide support for Operational Reporting requests as needed.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience, including working with geographically distributed teams.
• Background in HR analytics, People Analytics, HR reporting, or a related analytical position.
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting and HR data architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets effectively.
• Experience in creating dashboards, analytical frameworks, and automated reporting solutions.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills to facilitate process optimization and system implementations.
• Skilled in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
