Lead Instructor – Data Center Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing high-quality, real-time, virtual instruction

• Preparing and facilitating virtual classroom sessions for a diverse group of Learners

• Collaborating with Correlation One operations staff to ensure seamless program execution

• Assisting in the design, development, and enhancement of lesson plans

• Engaging professionally with Learners and team members

• Thoroughly preparing for lectures to guarantee top-notch content delivery

• Modifying lesson pace to accommodate Learners’ needs while adhering to the scheduled timeline

• Communicating courteously and maintaining ongoing contact with Correlation One staff

• Cultivating a positive learning atmosphere and contributing to course enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional educator with outstanding communication abilities

• Experience working in physical data centers or comparable settings

• Background in mentoring or supervising in the absence of prior teaching experience

• A commitment to assisting students in advancing their careers in data roles

• Empathy, adaptability, patience; enthusiasm for working with diverse Learners who are new to the subject matter

• Proficient in English; strong verbal and written communication skills

• A+ or Network+ certification is a plus
