Data Manager – Clinical Trials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the establishment, testing, maintenance, and data entry for databases.

• Engage with clients, project teams, and vendors regarding data management issues.

• Evaluate study documents and create project-specific guidelines and instructions.

• Develop eCRF, Data Management, and Data Validation Plans, and conduct testing on EDC databases.

• Ensure data entry accuracy, follow-up, and validation, which includes manual CRF review and SAE reconciliation.

• Code medical data accurately.

• Monitor and report metrics leading to database lock.

• Manage the processing, distribution, and archiving of CRFs and queries.

• Keep Clinical Data Management working files up to date.

• Conduct database quality control checks, and prepare for and participate in audits.

• Educate site staff and project teams on CRF completion and data management topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Science or Pharmacy degree is advantageous).

• Proven experience in managing clinical or medical data.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Familiarity with Clinical Data Management systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm).

• Strong skills in MS Office applications.

• Effective organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
