This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision and roadmap for the Data area, aligning initiatives with the company's and product's goals;

• Lead the Data Migration and Quality squads, fostering alignment, collaboration, and continuous development;

• Plan and monitor data migrations for new clients, ensuring quality, security, and adherence to established SLAs;

• Track performance indicators related to data migration, quality, and governance;

• Define and enhance processes, standards, and best practices for the handling, storage, and utilization of platform data;

• Review and guide technical decisions related to data architecture, pipelines, integrations, and information quality;

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and LGPD requirements;

• Serve as an escalation point for complex migrations and critical data-related incidents;

• Support the Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams with analyses, guidance, and data-related prioritizations;

• Structure governance policies, traceability, documentation, and information classification for the platform;

• Identify opportunities to enhance the company's data maturity, supporting analytics, BI, and data intelligence initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in leading data teams, data engineering, or related fields;

• Background in defining and managing data architectures, ETL pipelines, and integration processes;

• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and security;

• Experience with defining and tracking indicators, metrics, and OKRs;

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting both technical and behavioral development;

• Knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and data transformation processes;

• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile;

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas.
