This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ Welcome and assist our clients during onboarding, offboarding, and addressing complex queries, acting as the subject matter expert for clients regarding M&A/TUPE, payroll as a service, and other HR advisory services.
β’ Act as an escalation point for our Account Managers/Clients as well as your own team of Local Representatives, providing guidance and development.
β’ Stay informed about the latest HR trends and regulatory updates in your area and communicate relevant information to the teams as necessary.
β’ Deliver on-the-ground support, which may include responding to employee and client inquiries and managing local mandatory and supplementary benefits.
β’ Prior experience in payroll is preferred, particularly in a dual role. Serve as a backup for the Payroll Manager, assisting with payroll processing and resolving any issues to ensure timely and accurate payment for client workers.
β’ Collaborate closely with Compliance, the Regional Payroll Manager, and the Country Leads team to develop regional strategies, proactively working to ensure processes and practices meet the needs of clients, client employees, and GoGlobal, while recommending improvements to enhance our competitive edge.
β’ Oversee the Local Representatives and partner with the Regional Payroll Manager to ensure the Payroll team receives the necessary training and development for independent operation, tracking and evaluating their work, and serving as a coach and mentor.
β’ Undertake other ad hoc projects as requested.
β’ Previous experience as an HR Manager with payroll exposure and a readiness to engage in payroll processing when required.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation in Ukraine and at least one of the following countries: Serbia, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
β’ Strong organizational skills.
