HR Coordinator – Maternity Cover

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide administrative assistance to the HR team.

β€’ Organize processes within the HR department.

β€’ Support the onboarding of new employees, which includes scheduling activities and leading orientations.

β€’ Manage inquiries from employees and oversee HRIS administration.

β€’ Process payroll and handle reporting tasks.

β€’ Generate essential reports such as census, PTO, and ad-hoc reports.

β€’ Assist in employee programs and communication efforts.

β€’ Respond to messages on Slack and email in a professional manner.

β€’ Uphold confidentiality concerning sensitive matters.

β€’ Carry out special projects as assigned.

β€’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to deliver clear and useful information to the team and throughout the organization.

β€’ Problem-solving skills that frequently result in innovative solutions.

β€’ Self-motivated to prioritize tasks and manage workflow, typically completing projects on or ahead of schedule.

β€’ Adaptability and willingness to work enthusiastically within a constantly evolving environment.

β€’ Flexibility in working hours (core hours from 9am to 6pm), acknowledging our global presence with multiple locations.

β€’ Interest in or experience with collaborating across international locations.

β€’ Experience with an Employer of Record (EOR) is an advantage.

β€’ Willingness and openness to travel as needed.

β€’ Strong proficiency in Google Suite.
