This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Assist in managing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to maintaining accurate records.
β’ Aid in ensuring that HR processes operate efficiently.
β’ Oversee employee records and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Provide support for recruitment administration and arrange interview schedules.
β’ Address inquiries from employees.
β’ Prior experience in an HR administrative or coordination position is preferred.
β’ Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
β’ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
β’ Competency in HR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
β’ Capability to manage confidential information with care.
β’ Reliable internet access and an appropriate home working environment.
β’ Must reside in South Africa.
