This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Offer expert guidance on Bulgarian employment legislation while ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards.
β’ Assist in both individual and collective consultation processes.
β’ Provide advice to stakeholders on procedures and ensure compliance with established processes.
β’ Oversee the entire consultation workflow, including planning, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
β’ Guarantee the legally compliant and consistent management of employee relations matters.
β’ Develop and uphold high-quality HR documentation that aligns with audit and governance requirements.
β’ Facilitate clear and structured communication with employees and representatives throughout all processes.
β’ Track the progress of consultation activities and ensure that all statutory deadlines are met.
β’ Recognize and escalate employment law and reputational risks as necessary.
β’ Demonstrated experience in Bulgarian employment law.
β’ Solid background in employee relations or HR operations.
β’ Experience in supporting both collective and individual consultation processes.
β’ Proficiency in English and Bulgarian (both written and spoken).
β’ Capability to work independently in a fast-paced and sensitive HR environment.
β’ Located in Bulgaria or willing to travel to the client office as required.
β’ Ready for an immediate start.
β’ Flexibility to manage your own schedule.
β’ Option to work from home.
