• Delivering strategic human resources expertise to support an expanding public relations agency.

• Emphasizes the standardization and enhancement of fundamental internal HR frameworks.

• Plays a pivotal role in establishing structure throughout the employee lifecycle while fostering organizational alignment and performance management.

• Focuses on creating comprehensive employment documentation, formalizing performance review systems, and integrating career development frameworks across the team.

• Standardize employee contracts, onboarding processes, team development protocols, and leave documentation.

• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members to ensure individual contributions align with organizational goals.

• Develop personal growth and individual training plans for employees.

• Oversee and direct internal labor processes to guarantee compliance and equitable workplace practices.

• Design and execute the annual performance review process across the agency.

• Demonstrated experience in human resources consulting or advisory roles within professional services settings.

• Practical experience in drafting contracts, establishing KPIs, executing labor processes, and implementing performance review procedures.

• Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fully remote environment.
