This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Assess roles and responsibilities across various designations and departments, including business, operations, production, and other relevant areas.
β’ Examine work duties, tasks, and responsibilities linked to different roles to ensure optimal alignment with the company's strategic goals.
β’ Create and implement a grading framework that accurately represents job levels, competencies, and career progression possibilities within the organization.
β’ Develop and improve total reward programs, encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives, to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
β’ Stay updated on industry best practices and the latest HR innovations, providing recommendations for the adoption of relevant practices within the organization.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, the HR department, and other stakeholders, to ensure the effective execution of HR initiatives.
β’ Offer guidance and support to line managers and HR teams on HR-related issues such as performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development programs.
β’ Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and adjust based on data-driven insights.
β’ Prepare and present reports, presentations, and training sessions to communicate HR recommendations, initiatives, and progress to key stakeholders.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Demonstrated experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar position.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of organizational design, employment strategy development, and job evaluation techniques.
β’ Familiarity with work analysis methods and tools for evaluating roles and responsibilities.
β’ Strong understanding of grading structures, total reward programs, and industry benchmarks.
β’ Capability to analyze complex HR challenges, devise innovative solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing HR software and systems for data analysis and reporting.
