
HR Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complies with Integer’s values along with all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards.
• Collaborates with a global immigration vendor to facilitate immigration services and ensure compliance.
• Responsible for both recurring and ad hoc HR compliance and workforce audit reports, which include AAP, EEO-1, ADA, VETS-4212, and state-mandated reporting.
• Work alongside HRIS to establish reporting requirements and verify data integrity.
• Partner with HRIS to sustain systems that aid compliance reporting and audit preparedness.
• Update and maintain HR policies to ensure adherence to labor laws and internal governance standards.
• Monitor changes in regulations and inform HR leadership on required updates.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR leadership to reduce compliance risks.
• Conduct regular internal audits to confirm compliance with employment laws and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 regulations.
• Create and present compliance training for HR teams.
• Disseminate policy updates and compliance expectations throughout the organization.
• Assist with employment action processes, including workforce reductions, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years in HR Compliance or a related HR role.
• Experience with AAP/EEO reporting and compliance for federal contractors.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations (OFCCP, EEOC, ADA).
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Exhibits sound judgment and maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive compliance issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Flexibility to swiftly adapt to regulatory changes and evolving business demands.
