HR Compensation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing a worldwide compensation program, policy, and system(s) to effectively meet the organization’s goals.

• Analyze, develop, and implement a global compensation platform.

• Identify necessary program tools to support the Compensation Analyst position.

• Create and manage the development of salary structures.

• Evaluate positions to determine the scope of employee responsibilities and qualifications.

• Recommend salary grades based on compensation analytics.

• Review a broad range of relevant compensation data to ensure that remuneration policies are competitive.

• Take ownership of job description creation, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date.

• Assist in the administration and preparation of merit review ratings.

• Provide insights based on labor market conditions and internal equity.

• Analyze and project the costs associated with compensation programs.

• Develop and document procedures to enhance process efficiency.

• Ensure that programs are aligned with business objectives and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Participate in market surveys by providing company data.

• Manage the analysis and integration of compensation for mergers and acquisitions.

• Identify career paths based on established bands.

• Review employee job classifications and deliver a plan for alignment.

• Review and recommend compensation for new job openings (new hires).

• Responsible for regulatory filings related to compensation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Global experience is preferred.

• CCP or similar certification is desirable.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of ADP HRIS is a plus.
