HR Business Partner, Recruiting – Volunteer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process, from screening candidates to conducting interviews and final hiring.

• Create and execute innovative strategies to attract volunteer talent.

• Establish and nurture a robust talent network.

• Provide support and guidance to our volunteers on HR-related issues.

• Enhance and digitalize internal HR workflows.

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and the executive board to execute recruitment and growth strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Hands-on experience in developing and scaling end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in dynamic or decentralized settings.

• Familiarity with or experience as an HR Business Partner or in the personnel services industry (e.g., staffing, HR consulting, temporary employment, RPO).

• Proficient in conducting interviews and selection methods.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and outstanding communication abilities—particularly when engaging with volunteers.

• Ability to think strategically while demonstrating a strong hands-on approach.

• Openness to working remotely and flexibly in a volunteer role.
