HR Business Partner – Part time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provides support to designated client groups by serving as a business partner, showcasing expertise in the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.

• Collaborates with both managers and employees to deliver HR advice, coaching, and effective solutions.

• Oversees and manages HR processes and programs, which include employee documentation, performance management, conflict resolution, and offboarding.

• Ensures the confidentiality and professionalism of employee records.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a human resources generalist.

• Strong abilities in goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation.

• Familiarity with current state and federal wage, employment laws, and HR policies and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
