This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Providing guidance to managers and staff on all HR-related issues
β’ Ensuring the accurate application and execution of labor, tax, and social security laws
β’ Conducting payroll processing for designated locations in close collaboration with accounting and external service providers
β’ Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and references
β’ Managing and enhancing employee master data and HR processes
β’ Assisting with HR projects (such as digitization, onboarding new entities, and recruitment)
β’ Completed commercial training with an added HR qualification or a relevant degree
β’ Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably with a focus on payroll and social security
β’ Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and social security laws
β’ Proficient in MS Office and familiar with common HR management and payroll systems
β’ Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
β’ Excellent communication skills, a team player, and a strong service orientation
