This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ You will serve as the main point of contact for people strategy within the teams you support.
β’ You are dedicated to understanding and enhancing the daily experiences of our employees, guiding them through their career paths.
β’ Collaborating with the People Strategy team and business leaders, you will ensure that employee initiatives align with and strengthen our company's culture and core values.
β’ You will offer support and coaching to managers on HR-related issues, including employee engagement, performance management, talent reviews, disciplinary actions, grievances, misconduct, and absences.
β’ In close partnership with HR center of excellence teams, you will ensure that contract documentation and modifications to terms, salaries, and bonuses comply with local regulations.
β’ You will be involved in the execution of Global HR projects, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate the employee lifecycle, including performance management, merit and bonus planning, promotions, internal transfers, as well as conducting exit interviews and terminations.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree or equivalent, along with demonstrable HR experience in a generalist role.
β’ Proficiency in French, German, and English.
β’ Opportunity to work fully remotely if your location is not near Strasbourg.
