HR Business Partner – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance, coaching, and influence to leadership teams and people managers throughout Poland and specific EU Functions.

• Convert Poland's business strategy into HR initiatives that yield significant business results.

• Continuously refine HR practices by establishing standards, policies, and benefits that comply with Polish regulations.

• Assist selected EU Functions with people strategy, workforce planning, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

• Craft organizational and workforce plans that align with long-term business goals.

• In-depth understanding of Polish labor law.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases across various countries.

• International HR experience within a matrix organization.

• Strong proficiency in organizational development and talent management.
