This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Provide guidance, coaching, and influence to leadership teams and people managers throughout Poland and specific EU Functions.
β’ Convert Poland's business strategy into HR initiatives that yield significant business results.
β’ Continuously refine HR practices by establishing standards, policies, and benefits that comply with Polish regulations.
β’ Assist selected EU Functions with people strategy, workforce planning, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
β’ Craft organizational and workforce plans that align with long-term business goals.
β’ In-depth understanding of Polish labor law.
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases across various countries.
β’ International HR experience within a matrix organization.
β’ Strong proficiency in organizational development and talent management.
β’ Capability to drive change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
