• Act as the primary People Partner for the Head of International and the leadership team within the International sector.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the business, establish trust rapidly, and collaborate on a wide array of People-related challenges.
• Offer strategic and practical input across all major People priorities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the Head of International to enhance talent density.
• Work alongside the broader People team to ensure global initiatives have a meaningful impact in International markets.
• Oversee the complete International People strategy from start to finish.
• Lead the integration of a robust and uniform performance culture throughout all International markets.
• Promote consistency in the identification, development, and retention of talent across different regions.
• Support the International organization in managing change related to structural adjustments.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering within high-growth and fast-paced environments.
• Extensive knowledge in essential HR disciplines: performance management, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, and change management.
• Experience in supporting international or geographically dispersed organizations.
• Proven capability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders (including at the Head of function level) and serve as a credible strategic thought partner.
• A history of cultivating and embedding a performance culture, beyond merely managing performance cycles.
• Strong commercial insight.
• Naturally proactive, thriving in uncertain situations.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability to various cultures.
