This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
β’ Collaborate with Clinical teams to align human resources strategies with operational objectives, growth ambitions, and patient outcomes.
β’ Provide guidance on organizational structure, team design, and span of control.
β’ Assess workforce data to uncover trends and suggest practical solutions.
β’ Assist in headcount forecasting, role design, and succession planning.
β’ Counsel clinical leaders on employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective measures.
β’ Mentor managers on providing feedback, handling complex employee situations, and ensuring accountability.
β’ Oversee and facilitate performance management processes, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), terminations, and development planning.
β’ Ensure uniform and compliant policy implementation across various states.
β’ Cultivate an understanding of clinical roles and the challenges they face.
β’ Address issues related to burnout, caseload balance, and challenges within the field-based workforce.
β’ Promote initiatives aimed at retaining and engaging employees who work with high-acuity and vulnerable populations.
β’ Offer advice on licensure, scope of practice, and patient-facing risk concerns.
β’ Guarantee adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, along with healthcare-specific regulations.
β’ Collaborate with HR Compliance on investigations, documentation, and risk management.
β’ Assist with audits related to HR processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or comparable strategic position.
β’ Experience in supporting clinical, healthcare, or field-based teams.
β’ Robust employee relations experience, including investigations and performance management in multi-state settings.
β’ Proven experience assisting leaders in dynamic, high-growth organizations.
β’ Strong knowledge of California employment law is highly preferred.
β’ Experience supporting remote and/or hybrid distributed teams.
β’ Ability to manage ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
β’ Excellent analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret workforce data and deliver actionable insights.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.
β’ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
