• Execution of the HR strategy for the department, which comprises over 100 individuals.
• Development of Performance Management and KPI/OKR frameworks.
• Creation of talent development initiatives, including Personal Development Plans (PDP) and Individual Development Plans (IDP), along with succession planning.
• Initiating employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) assessments and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Coordination of onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Proficient use of HRM/CRM systems (specifically Zoho People) to facilitate HR operations.
• Guiding managers in enhancing their leadership capabilities.
• Analyzing HR metrics and designing dashboards for business insights.
• Involvement in modifications to organizational structure and team development initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the IT sector.
• Proven experience in establishing Employee Lifecycle and Performance Management systems.
• Extensive knowledge of HR analytics, with hands-on experience in eNPS and engagement initiatives.
• Competent in utilizing CRM/HRM systems to enhance processes.
• Ability to think strategically, with a structured and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Assertive with the capacity to uphold and advocate for decisions made.
