• Provide guidance and assistance to managers and team members concerning employee relations matters.
• Identify potential areas for improvement in employee relations and proactively enhance team member performance.
• Work closely with leadership to comprehend business objectives and convert them into practical initiatives.
• Offer coaching and consultation to leadership regarding employee engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with other divisions within the People/Payroll organization to maintain uniformity.
• Assess employee inquiries received and address any questions accordingly.
• Act as a reliable coach to leaders.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of change and readiness plans.
• Utilize data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Keep current on HR compliance standards and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or over 4 years of HR experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated experience managing intricate employee relations cases and conducting workplace investigations.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Experience supporting engineering/product or sales/marketing teams is preferred.
