⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of progressive HR experience, including some business partnering, and at least a solid generalist foundation.

β€’ Genuine fluency in GTM domain β€” you have a foundational knowledge of critical metrics relevant to a Customer and Sales organization, such as GDR, NDR, churn, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment, and you naturally incorporate them into people discussions.

β€’ An instinct for proactive partnership is essential; you don’t wait for requests. You analyze data, participate in business reviews, and present people insights before leaders recognize they need them.

β€’ Proven ability to establish credibility at a senior level β€” you present yourself as a peer, not just a support function.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge leaders β€” you are trusted specifically because you will push back when it is necessary, rather than simply affirming their decisions.
