This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take charge of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks such as burnout, low performance, and retention issues.
• Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to enhance team effectiveness, elevate performance, and resolve complex personnel matters.
• Spearhead and support leadership and team development initiatives aimed at building robust managerial capabilities.
• Analyze HR metrics and convert data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Assist in compensation and performance review processes, ensuring equity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously enhance and refine HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational growth and scalability.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a comparable HR position.
• Proficient in English.
• Practical experience managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and employee motivation principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to effectively engage with managers and employees at all levels.
• Comfortable working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
