HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and the employee experience.

• Identify bottlenecks, gather feedback, and suggest optimizations for processes.

• Create and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR procedures.

• Oversee and support HR-related projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.

• Develop clear documentation and promote process adoption across various teams.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to synchronize initiatives.

• Investigate and trial new HR tools and technologies to facilitate process automation and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR process management or HR project management.

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a structured approach.

• Documented experience in mapping, documenting, and enhancing business processes.

• Familiarity with HRIS, workflow, or automation tools is required.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel to EU countries.
