HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders and managers to enhance team effectiveness, manage performance, and make daily personnel decisions.

• Convert business objectives into actionable people strategies focusing on hiring, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.

• Assist with employee relations issues and performance discussions by applying sound judgment and practical solutions.

• Participate in workforce planning, headcount management, and people data analysis alongside Finance and HR leadership.

• Aid in talent initiatives such as onboarding, career development, internal mobility, and training programs.

• Analyze people data and feedback to detect trends, highlight risks, and propose enhancements.

• Work across diverse geographies and business environments, adjusting strategies as required.

• Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role within a dynamic environment.

• Strong foundation in key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and talent processes.

• Capability to provide managers with practical, business-focused advice rather than strictly policy-driven responses.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a comfort level with operating in uncertain situations.

• Effective communication skills and sound judgment in addressing sensitive issues.
