This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to comprehend business objectives and convert them into workforce and people strategies.
β’ Offer expertise on organizational design, workforce planning, and managing change.
β’ Utilize engagement, retention, and performance metrics to guide decisions and suggest actions.
β’ Promote performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, development planning, and performance discussions.
β’ Assist in leadership development, career pathways, and strategies for internal mobility.
β’ Identify and nurture high-potential talent while addressing performance concerns.
β’ Uphold company values, inclusive leadership practices, and uniform people processes.
β’ Analyze engagement and pulse survey outcomes and aid in action planning.
β’ Mentor and support leaders on employee relations issues, employee experience, business requirements, and compliance.
β’ Oversee talent acquisition, role alignment, hiring decisions, and candidate selection.
β’ Collaborate across HR to ensure a consistent onboarding experience.
β’ Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
β’ Counsel leaders on policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and risk management.
β’ Contribute to HR projects, process enhancements, and enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
β’ Lead, coach, inspire, and develop team members.
β’ Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations.
β’ Provide growth opportunities and attract new talent.
β’ Clearly communicate expectations and offer training, resources, and information.
β’ Deliver timely, constructive feedback on performance.
β’ Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR.
β’ At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
β’ 2 years of management experience is necessary.
β’ Ability to partner with business leaders in a manner that reflects corporate culture.
β’ Solid understanding of talent acquisition, compensation practices, diversity, performance management, employee relations, and federal and state employment laws.
β’ Experience in sourcing, passive recruitment, and leveraging social media and networking to attract candidates.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
β’ Experience with ATS databases.
β’ Capability to devise innovative recruiting strategies.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
β’ Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload speeds.
