HR Benefits Administration Delivery Analyst, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage HR and benefits processes for employees in the German-speaking EMEA region.

• Address cases and input HR/benefits information into the database.

• Collaborate with clients to tackle service requests and handle escalated employee concerns.

• Partner with Strada colleagues, third-party vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Generate reports using data extraction tools to comply with client plan regulations and resolve issues.

• Utilize Excel calculation sheets for processing tasks.

• Assess system data to pinpoint functionality discrepancies and identify root causes.

• Implement test plans for quality assurance and confirm client plan specifications against system requirements.

• Offer insights into process design and technology capabilities from an HR and benefits standpoint.

• Create innovative solutions to enhance and optimize client delivery.

• Engage in Internal Acceptance Testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing.

• Supervise and mentor team members on specific projects or processes as necessary.

• Contribute to and lead projects utilizing standard project management methodologies.

• Participate in the transition of processes from clients to Strada's office as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English Language – C1 Level is mandatory (CEFR scale or equivalent).

• Proficiency in German Language – C1 level is mandatory (CEFR scale or equivalent).

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Benefits Administration, HR Administration, or Payroll.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Good grasp of providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Familiarity with the project life cycle and deployment governance.

• High-level experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience with Benifex or SAP HR systems would be advantageous.

• High degree of self-motivation and initiative.

• Impeccable record and strong professional ethics.

• Valid work authorization in Poland without the need for Strada to provide visa sponsorship.
