This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Support daily HR operations, which include recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance tracking, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies, processes, and compliance measures.
• Keep employee records and HR documentation current and organized.
• Aid in the arrangement of training sessions, team events, and internal communications.
• Help with the documentation and follow-up of performance appraisals.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient HR operations.
• MBA in Human Resources (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Solid understanding of fundamental HR principles and Indian labor regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Capability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team objectives.
