HR Associate Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage in ServiceNow development projects by observing and progressively taking on tasks related to configuration, development, testing, and deployment.

• Acquire skills in documenting configurations, reports, and development efforts.

• Assist clients with their testing processes.

• Observe and start learning how to present effective demonstrations of ServiceNow products and solutions.

• Attain and uphold certifications, keep up-to-date with new features, and dedicate yourself to ongoing education.

• Take part in agile ceremonies (such as story grooming, pointing sessions, stand-ups, release planning, and sprint retrospectives).

• Look for opportunities to learn about the update set promotion processes between instances.

• Engage in knowledge transfer sessions with clients.

• Support Technical Consultant initiatives throughout the organization.

• ServiceNow Experience: Not necessary

• Professional Services Experience: Not necessary

• Certifications to be achieved within 6 months: ServiceNow CSA Certification, ServiceNow CIS–HR Certification
