This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Management of onboarding and offboarding processes
β’ Oversight of HR systems, tools, and data administration
β’ Administration of benefits and insurance programs
β’ Facilitation of communication between employees and clients
β’ Management of PTO, timekeeping, and reporting mechanisms
β’ Monitoring of company property
β’ Demonstrated experience in HR administration, people operations, or operational support
β’ Highly detail-oriented with a proven history of maintaining data accuracy
β’ Capable of working independently, prioritizing recurring tasks, and following through without needing reminders
β’ Trusted to handle sensitive employee and client information; discretion is essential
β’ Proficient in using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards
β’ Excellent written communication skills, maintaining professionalism
β’ Practical experience with time-tracking or monitoring tools (e.g., Hubstaff, Teramind) is a plus
