
HR Assistant Intern – Recruitment and Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to identify recruitment needs.
• Create and publish job postings for schools and universities.
• Source candidates and conduct interviews for recruitment purposes.
• Assist with the onboarding process, including mission coaching and mentoring.
• Provide support for administrative tasks such as internship agreements, tools, and remote work.
• Facilitate HR training sessions covering tools, processes, and soft skills.
• Oversee and validate HR learning paths and competencies acquired.
• Contribute to HR oversight and the advancement of our collaborative HRIS (SIRH).
• Currently pursuing or have completed studies in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Occupational Psychology.
• Strong enthusiasm for HR, training, and managing people-focused projects.
• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and a proactive approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and both written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Notion.
• Minimum French proficiency at level B2 is required (English language skills are a plus).
• In-depth training in HR processes, management tools, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Practical experience in leading sessions and providing direct HR support.
• Educational supervision along with validation of HR competencies.
• Career coaching services including assessments, Ikigai guidance, and training plans.
• Organized remote work utilizing collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Teams, etc.).
• Issuance of an internship certificate along with a certificate of skills acquired.
• Membership in the gaea21 alumni network, which includes over 3,000 supported individuals.
• Acknowledgment within a professionalization or career-transition pathway.
