This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Assist with our recruitment and candidate consulting initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with our recruiters and company founders.
• Aid IT professionals in discovering new job opportunities overseas.
• Support clients in composing and refining CVs and cover letters.
• Dispatch outreach communications to prospective employers on behalf of clients.
• Generate straightforward progress reports regarding client job applications.
• Perform basic research on firms and job vacancies aligned with client specifications.
• Work together with recruiters to provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and strong research skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of the IT sector (e.g., understanding the difference between Java and JavaScript).
• Familiarity with job boards and Google Docs.
• Willingness to adopt new tools and procedures.
• Any experience in HR, recruitment, account management, customer support, or career consulting would be advantageous.
• Background in outreach/messages, scheduling, or organized administrative tasks.
• Comprehensive training and mentorship — no prior HR experience necessary.
• Defined tasks, templates, and feedback to facilitate rapid growth.
• Flexible working hours with a fully remote setup (within EMEA).
